Draft pending legal review. These Terms govern the website and free materials only. A separate Master Subscription Agreement (MSA), Order Form, and DPA govern paid subscriptions — those exist separately and are not yet drafted.
What this document is
These Terms govern your use of the website revon.us and the free materials published on it (blog posts, case studies, the Free Gap Analysis pre-call materials). It is a contract between you and RevOn (operated jointly by DigitalAgentsIO Inc and Job Sovereignty Systems Private Limited).
If you become a paying customer of RevOn Coach, a separate agreement (a Master Subscription Agreement and Order Form) governs that commercial relationship — these Terms continue to apply to your website usage.
Who can use this site
You may use revon.us if:
- You are at least 16 years old
- You have legal capacity to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction
- You are not on a sanctions list maintained by the US OFAC, EU, UK, or Indian authorities
What you can and can't do
You can
- Read everything on the site
- Share links to public pages
- Quote short excerpts with attribution to RevOn
- Download and share the Free Gap Analysis report we deliver to you (it's yours to keep)
- Forward our public PDF assets (one-pager, case studies) to colleagues and prospects
You can't
- Republish entire articles, posts, or pages without our written permission
- Scrape the site or use automated tools to extract content in bulk
- Reverse-engineer our product through the materials we publish
- Use the RevOn name, logo, or trademarks in a way that suggests we endorse you or your product
- Submit information you don't have the right to submit (e.g., booking a Free Gap Analysis with someone else's email)
- Attempt to interfere with the site's availability or security
The Free Gap Analysis
If you book a Free Gap Analysis, you grant us a limited license to receive and process the call recordings you upload, solely for the purpose of producing your Gap Analysis report.
We will:
- Process recordings only to produce your report
- Delete recordings from our systems within 30 days of report delivery (unless you proceed to a pilot or subscription, in which case retention follows our customer terms)
- Not share recordings with anyone outside RevOn's processing infrastructure
- Not use recordings to train models that are then sold to or used for other customers
You represent that you have the right to share the recordings with us — meaning either (a) you obtained customer consent for this specific use, or (b) recordings comply with two-party consent law in the jurisdiction where they were captured.
We provide the Gap Analysis report on a "no warranty" basis as a free service. The report is informational. Acting on it remains your decision.
Intellectual property
Owned by us
- The RevOn brand, name, logo, tagline
- All content on revon.us (text, images, case studies)
- The RevOn Coach product, including the scoring rubric framework and the underlying technology
- The structure and methodology of the Free Gap Analysis report (the format · NOT the data within your specific report)
Owned by you
- The call recordings you upload
- The Gap Analysis report we deliver to you (you can use it internally as you see fit)
- Any feedback or suggestions you give us (though by giving us feedback, you grant us an unlimited license to act on it without owing you compensation)
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We provide the website and free materials AS-IS, without warranties of any kind
- We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose for the free materials
- Our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of revon.us is limited to USD $100 or the amount you've paid us (which, for free-website usage, is $0)
This limitation doesn't apply to: death or personal injury caused by our negligence · fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation · anything else that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify RevOn against any third-party claim arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of someone else's rights through your use of the site or the Free Gap Analysis service.
Termination
You can stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the site (including any Free Gap Analysis in progress) if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) survive.
Changes to these Terms
If we change these Terms materially, we'll post the new version on this page and update the "last updated" date. If you continue using the site after the change, you accept the new Terms.
Governing law and disputes

Any dispute will be resolved through good-faith discussion first. If that fails, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the chosen jurisdiction above.
