Who we are
RevOn is a brand operated by DigitalAgentsIO Inc (a Delaware corporation) and Job Sovereignty Systems Private Limited (an Indian entity registered in Tamil Nadu). When this policy says "RevOn," "we," or "us," it means both entities acting together as data controllers for the data described below.

What this policy covers
This policy describes:
- What personal data we collect through revon.us and our services
- Why we collect it
- How long we keep it
- Who we share it with (and don't share it with)
- Your rights and how to exercise them
This policy applies to: visitors to revon.us · people who book a Free Gap Analysis or contact us through any form · customers of RevOn Coach (the product) and their end-customers whose calls are scored on our behalf.
What we collect
When you visit revon.us
- Aggregated, anonymous analytics via Plausible — no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no IP address storage. Plausible collects page views, referrers, country (from IP, not stored), and device type. Source: plausible.io/data-policy
When you book a Free Gap Analysis or contact us
- Name, work email, company, team size (# agents), CCaaS platform, and any free-text message you send us
- Booking timestamp and meeting link (if applicable)
- Email correspondence after we reply
When you become a RevOn Coach customer
- Authorised user accounts (name, role, email) within your team
- Call recordings, transcripts, and rubric scores generated from those recordings (this is the core product data)
- Aggregated platform telemetry (logins, feature usage, etc.) for product improvement
- Billing details processed by our payment provider — we do not store full payment card numbers (only the last 4 digits and a token from the payment provider)
Why we collect it
We collect data for these purposes only:
- To respond to Free Gap Analysis bookings and contact-form inquiries
- To deliver RevOn Coach service to paying customers (scoring calls, generating reports, supporting users)
- To improve the product (model quality, rubric calibration, UX)
- To meet legal and tax obligations of DigitalAgentsIO Inc and Job Sovereignty Systems Private Limited
We do NOT use your data for:
- Profiling for advertising
- Cross-site behavioural tracking
- Sale to third parties (we never sell data, ever)
- Training generic AI models that are then sold to others — your call data trains your rubric, scoped to your customer instance, never pooled with other customers' data
How long we keep it
- Marketing inquiries (bookings, contact forms): 24 months from last contact, then deleted
- Free Gap Analysis call samples: deleted within 30 days of the GA report being delivered, unless you opt to continue to pilot
- Customer call recordings and rubric scores: retained for the duration of your subscription, plus 90 days after termination to handle export requests, then permanently deleted
- Billing records: 7 years (US tax retention requirement)
- Aggregated, anonymised statistics: indefinitely (no personal data within)
Who we share with
We share personal data only with:
- Our infrastructure providers — Amazon Web Services (US-East region for product hosting · Mumbai region for India-side processing), Zoho (CRM, Bookings, Forms, Mail)
- Our payment processor — {{ Stripe / Razorpay · TBD }}
- Our communication tools — Google Workspace (Gmail for business correspondence)
- Authorities, when legally compelled by valid court order or regulatory request — in which case we will notify you unless legally prohibited from doing so
We do NOT share with: advertising networks · data brokers · generic AI training providers · competitors · any third party for marketing purposes.
Where your data is processed
- Product data (call recordings, transcripts, rubric scores): processed in the AWS region closest to your operations — US-East for North America, Mumbai for India / South Asia, Frankfurt for EU customers
- Marketing data (bookings, inquiries): Zoho's data centres, typically in India or the US depending on your region
- Cross-border transfers: when transfers happen (e.g., a US customer whose support team is in India), we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for the legal basis
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have some or all of these rights:
- Right to access — request a copy of the personal data we hold
- Right to rectification — correct inaccurate data
- Right to erasure — request deletion ("right to be forgotten")
- Right to portability — receive your data in machine-readable form
- Right to object — opt out of processing
- Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
To exercise any of these, email ram@revon.us with the specific right you're invoking. We respond within 30 days (or sooner where the law requires).
GDPR (EU / EEA / UK): your supervisory authority is whichever data protection authority covers your country.
CCPA / CPRA (California): you have the right to know, delete, and opt out of "sale" — though we don't sell data, so the opt-out is moot. You may also designate an authorised agent.
India DPDP (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023): you have the right to access, correction, completion, updation, erasure, nomination, and grievance redressal. Contact ram@revon.us.
Security
We use industry-standard security:
- TLS 1.3 for data in transit
- AES-256 for data at rest
- Access controls with least-privilege defaults
- Audit logging on access to customer data
Heads-up: We do not currently hold SOC 2, ISO 27001, or HIPAA certification. If you're an enterprise procurement team that requires these, we are not yet a fit — we're growing into enterprise-tier compliance as we scale.
Children
RevOn is a B2B service. We do not knowingly collect data about anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us data, email ram@revon.us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy materially, we'll notify customers by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
